Enable restore on checksum differences

Description

Someone on #puppet asked for the ability to automatically restore files whose checksums changed. This might be a horrendously bad idea, but it's worth at least looking at.

This should be pretty straightforward, although it'll need to be configurable as I expect you wouldn't want it to happen automatically every time.

You'd just need to call 'restore' on the filebucket.
