puppetca --clean --all

Description

It would be nice to be able to --clean --all when using the puppetca tool.

(on occasion this is a necessary operation, and now it requires a bit of shell magic to do easily..)

It should be a trivial change in the puppetca code.

Fixed in commit [eac14f687849dcb7ce5721635aab8bb261d79db8] in branch 0.24.x.

Luke - I've tested this with no certs, some certs, one cert, etc, etc. But it makes me fairly nervous as an option so I'd welcome you taking a close look at it. It'd be bad if this was borked.... :)

The code looks fine.

Ironically, I added this kind of incidentally to the work I just did in the master branch, although I have now realized that I changed --clean to mean "remove all trace of a host".

I'll change that so --destroy removes all of a host and --clean just gets rid of the requests.
