IRC (internet relay chat) is a great community resource. There are typically 150-200 Puppet users in the channel. Puppet has an international community, so you can usually get someone at all times of day. Most of them are system administrators busy at work, so be patient if you don’t get an immediate response. (And there is always the user mailing list.)
